TTW Recruitment LIMITED is a recruitment consultancy working within the hospitality industry. TTW Recruitment LIMITED is the face of our company and the brand name we use for marketing and advertising our services. We also operate Taylors Hospitality Recruitment Ltd and Taylor Wigg Ltd.  Our role is to source, assess and submit suitably qualified candidates to our client companies.  Our services include, but are not limited to, the interviewing and submission of candidates, advertising of client vacancies, updating existing users of our services and advising of market conditions.  All services are governed by human intervention and are not reliant on any totally automated assessment.

Any details that you may submit to us via this website or any of the job boards we advise on, will be stored by us and will be accessible by Charlotte Wade, Sally Wigg & Craig Taylor.  The information will be collated from that contained in a CV and stored on our secure recruitment software

The personal data we collect will be used to assess the data subject’s suitability against a job role, review against all vacancies that may be of interest and submitting a candidate’s details to a client we have discussed and gained verbal consent.

Client Data

When working on behalf of a client, we will need to collect and use information about individuals in an organisation.  This will include, but is not limited to name, position, contact details and relevant information to carry out services such as sourcing candidates to a brief or for notifying you of other services likely to be relevant and useful such as advertising and response management options.

Information for Suppliers

If you are a supplier to us, we will require information to ensure that our process and service level standards are operating at the highest possible levels. We will need to store the contact details of individuals that we will be dealing with in your organisation as well as bank details so that we can pay for the goods and services you provide to us.

How we use your information and why do we need to collect and store it

This privacy notice tells you how we, TTW Recruitment LIMITED, will collect and use your personal data for the services of a recruitment consultancy acting on behalf of our clients to source and identify suitable candidates for vacancies we are working on to a given brief.  We will use your information to carry out this service and to also manage complaints, subscriptions and profiling.

Until we have discussed a specific job opportunity with you and gained your commitment for your details to be sent to that client, your details will not be sent to or disclosed to any third party, either for a job opportunity or for any marketing purposes.

Details we send to a client will include your CV and our notes to support this (brief outline of relevant experience, salary guidelines and location) we do not send a client contact details at this stage.

Should we not be in a position to put you forward for suitable vacancies immediately we will continue to store your personal information as outlined above. We will keep in touch with you about potentially suitable opportunities, but our aim is not to be intrusive. Please feel free to contact us at any stage should your circumstances change at all.

Should you decide at any point in the future, that you wish us to remove your details from our database, please contact us by email and your personal information will be removed from our database. TTW Recruitment LIMITED accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: Passport, driving licence, birth certificate.

If we have not had any correspondence with you for a period of 3 years, all your details will be deleted from our database and we will no longer retain any information about you.

In terms of being contacted for relevant marketing purposes TTW Recruitment LIMITED would not need to contact you for additional consent.
