Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have oversee the full running and management of this busy kitchen, offering modern fresh British menus . With a Company Executive Chef to support, there is an opportunity to develop the food operation, menus and suppliers locally.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of volume, fresh food dining. Confident in all areas of kitchen management with strong leadership and communication skills.
