A fantastic opportunity to join a south west based company in the launching of a new high-profile restaurant and retail contract at a stunning visitor attraction venue in Gloucestershire.
The business will offer 3 distinct new dining & food concepts, restaurant, food retail and outside smokehouse & pizza. The concepts will offer vibrant, fresh, seasonal menus, with local suppliers and products.

The Role
The Head Chef the opportunity to launch and the day to day responsibility for the main cafe/restaurant, retail outlet, offering fresh, modern and seasonal food concepts.The role will also oversee the catering for events and banqueting at the venue.
The Head Chef will full responsibility of all aspects of the kitchen operation, menus and team, with the support of the company Executive Chef.
Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach, a high volume fresh food background, ideally in multi-outlet venues. You will have strong leadership and communications skills along with a proven track record of kitchen management.
