Executive Head Chef, Event Catering
This is an exciting time to join this business as it enters a new phase of business growth and development. The role will be based in Bristol, overseeing the main production kitchens and team. The unit caters for events of all sizes throughout the region, always superb quality, fresh and seasonal menus, that are transported to various venues for finishing and service.
The Executive Chef will lead a well structured brigade and will have the support of the Director of Food. The position will also involve menu development for new business and working with existing clients. Supplier management, training & recruiting and financial management of the production kitchen. This position will require excellent organisation skills.
Ideal candidates will have head chef experience within event based kitchens or large scale multi-outlet kitchens. Will also demonstrate excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership & organisational skills.
Also required ‘Unendorsed UK drivers’ licence
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary on is £40,000 p.a. Neg. depending on experience
