Chef Director, Quality Venues & Events
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading South West based company, focused catering and hospitality for on high profile visitor attraction and quality event venues.
This is an exciting time to join this business as it enters a new phase of business growth and development. This company are looking for an experienced and driven Executive Chef to facilitate this growth and support new mobilisations, existing contracts and play a key role in the tender process for new business. Broadly, this will be within the South West region, with a base within the Bristol area.
As Chef Director you will produce and deliver quality food and menu concepts for multifaceted high profile event and visitor attraction venues. This will be underpinned by facilitating team development programmes and product & supplier management.
Ideal candidates will have executive or senior area head chef experience will have a background within quality visitor attraction /events or B&I or retail/cafe or a restaurant company. Along with excellent communication, proven kitchen management and leadership/organisational skills of multi-venue/site businesses.
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is to £65,000 p.a. depending on experience
